ONE TO ONE TRAINING AT THE LIFESTYLE STUDIOS

Personal Training is as it states a personal approach dedicating time to you one on one to help YOU achieve YOUR goals.

At The Lifestyle Studios we like to stay on top of the latest health and fitness research/ trends to keep you informed and in top condition. We want you to get the most out of your training.

We like to make sessions fun & challenging all while focussing on the end result = YOUR GOAL.

Why Train at The Lifestyle Studios

Our facilities are small, non threatening and we operate as a Personal Training Studio so not your typical gym. We pride ourselves on our customer service, you are not a number you are part of our family a place where everyone knows your name, and where you receive dedicated one to one exercise, nutrition and coaching designed just for you in order for you to succeed.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR FIRST SESSION

Our job is to help you achieve your fitness goals, so in your first session we will discuss what you want from your sessions /plans. This is the perfect opportunity for you to mention if you are training for a specific event, want to get healthier, lose fat or gain muscle. At this session we will record your body measurements and do take photos for YOUR file only.
We will also go through a medical form and from that assess what we can / can’t do depending on any medical problems. It may be that at times we need a Doctors note for you to be passed as ok to train.

AFTER YOUR FIRST SESSION

You may feel a little sore after your first session. This may be the next day or 2 days after. We will always make sure you do a good stretch down after your session but we also advise to keep your body mobile.   A walk the day after is a great way to keep stretching out those muscles. Ensure you eat healthy foods rich in protein to help rebuild the muscles, drink at least 2-3 litres of water and look forward to having leaner and stronger muscles.

ONGOING WITH YOUR SESSIONS

As we go along with your sessions we will look at nutrition along the way – nutrition plays a key element in achieving your desired results – You can’t out train a bad diet! If you want a specific plan to follow then we do offer plans at an additional cost to work alongside your PT.

Brendan has worked within the fitness industry since 2003,after retiring from 13 years as a Professional NRL Rugby League player in Australia and latter years in the UK.
Having drawn on his own professional sporting experience to motivate and inspire individuals and groups throughout their training, his experience allows him to deliver challenging and effective training methods.
