My background is within Rugby League and I currently play Academy for The Huddersfield Giants.
Training is part of my day to day Life both with my Rugby Career and also away from the field. Fitness is for everyone no matter whether you are a beginner or an athlete.
Trust me when I say I have not always been an athlete so I understand the method, process the ups and the downs all that it takes to make that change in life.
