It is not any easier for one person than another, it is about the hard work the commitment and showing up day in day out and making it part of everyday living..
Everyone is on their own journey and has their own struggles and personal stories as to what has lead them to leading a healthier, fitter lifestyle..
We all have our own goals that are personal to us that we want to achieve, some will achieve them much quicker than others but it is not a race. It may take someone 12 months to have a 6 pack and or 12 months for someone to lose 3 stone and still need to lose another 2-3 stone..

I am a huge believer in this saying build the right foundations and they will come.. We wanted a place unlike any other gym we had attended, we wanted somewhere that matched all the needs / requirements that WE wanted, and we knew that personal service and building a community was KEY..

We need to learn how to celebrate the little wins along with the big wins and be happy for each other and cheer each other on.. As we stated Fitness & Nutrition is not a size we are all equals and each day brings new opportunities to achieve something new be proud of how far we have come and all we have achieved, be it a dress size down, a box jump you thought was never possible, a 6 pack coming through, muscle gain, you stuck to your meal plan, you ran 5k – each win is a personal win and in our eyes a BIG WIN..
So drop the blame game, the green eyed monster, the idea that someone else is fitter and stronger than you so it’s easy for them.. WATER YOUR OWN GRASS.
