With one-on-one training with me, the focus is on you and you alone. Our facility is small, non-threatening and uncrowded – in other words, not your typical gym. My focus is on you and our training sessions are based on YOUR specific goal.
Your training sessions will be tailored to you and the results you want and split into short term achievable goals to make it easy for you to get constant success.

2 sessions per week = £160 P/M

Flexible PT Session Package
This offers you the flexibility to use your sessions as and when suits you, upon purchase you have 3 months to use the sessions. Ideal for those who do shift patterns, for away etc..
