Hi I’m Josh,

I’m a recently qualified Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer.  I am extremely passionate about fitness, exercise and sport in general.

I’m an aspiring Semi Professional cricketer currently playing for Pudsey Congs CC in the premier division of the Bradford League.

I’ve come through the Yorkshire Pathways system and have had experience at various counties. I hope to go on and play first class cricket.

Through out my years I have gained experience of high intensity strength and conditioning programmes and bring this background to help clients work towards their personal goals.

Being a semi-professional cricketer, sports performance – both physically and mentally – is the hallmark that I thrive upon. My aim is to make each and every session safe and effective for all ability levels.

My expertise lies in my cricket knowledge and training but is not exclusive to just this area of fitness.
