Cancelation / Billing / Terms
1) Recurring Billing. By starting your ClassPass membership, you authorise us to charge you for your initial membership period from the date signed up and a recurring monthly membership fee the following months after on the same date as sign up at the then current rate. Increases in the current rate will be notified to you by e-mail.
2) Refunds Class passes are non refundable non transferable also we do not put a hold on passes for holidays, it is your responsibility if you do not wish to continue with the class pass to cancel from your end.
3) Price Changes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Unless we expressly communicate otherwise, any price changes to your membership will take effect on your next billing cycle upon notice communicated through a posting on the website, email or mobile applicable or such other means as we may deem appropriate from time to time.
4) Payment Methods. Paypal is the preferred method of class pass sign up on our website this will automatically subscribe you to monthly payments and you may use any card to do so. Please note it is your responsibility to keep your card details up to date in your paypal account. If the payment does not go through on 2 attempts the subscription will automatically cancel, this may then leave you having to sing up to a higher price should there have been an increase. You also have the option of standing order for payments. Please ask for bank details if you prefer this method. Please note you need to be signed up for class pass in order to attend classes if not you will be charged Pay as You go until signed up.
Our class pass pricing indicates the 5 weeks holiday we take out each year hence we have kept the cost at an affordable price.
