Brendan started out his career as an NRL player. He Played for what is Now St George Illawarra which was way back then Illawarra steelers from 1991 to 1996 whilst at the club he played in a number of positions such as fullback, wing and centre.
He then went on to play a further 30 games for South Sydney Rabbitohs over the 1997 and 1998 seasons before heading over to France then the UK.
It was after retiring from Rugby League in 2003 that Brendan then pursued his career in Personal Training in Australia, taking with him what he had learnt from playing as a professional athlete and putting this into every day situations and training sessions.
2013 it was the year to take the leap and set up my own space, a space I would love to train in, a place that created a community offering effective & dynamic training styles.
I welcome you all into our tribe come along to a class or why not train with me one to one.
