HEALTHY NUTRITION

Here at Lifestyle we don’t believe there is one diet fits all. We are so very different & unique. Some people thrive on Vegan diets, some on Mediterranean diets, and others on a Paleo or Keto. We give you the tools to find the perfect fit for YOU

Strength Training

Strength training is not just about bodybuilding. It can benefit people of all ages and particularly women to strengthen our bones. “One of the best ways to stop, prevent, and even reverse bone and muscle loss is to add strength training to your workouts,” Strength training plays a role in disease prevention, boosting your mood and energy levels too. It’s also a great way to tone your body and help you keep the weight off for good.

CONDITIONING

To have the energy, endurance, and vigour to perform the activities you love. Good health is about how you feel over aesthetics. Focus on Health First as this is key. All our classes cross over into a conditioning element of some form.

MOVEMENT

Daily movement is crucial to good Health & Wellbeing. Be it walking your 10,000 steps each day, taking the stairs instead of the lift, some foam rollin or a form of stretching. No Matter what your sport Flexibility, Plaibility and Movement are key to better performance and better mobility.

Rest & Recovery

Your body needs a good rest to recover be it via sleep, meditation or some form of R&R. Ditch the phones, iPads etc to totally switch off and try each night to get a good amount of sleep 7-8 hours each night. You should wake up feeling refreshed and revived.

Because it’s about balance and taking each day to live your life to the fullest and healthiest way you can. Grabbing some Fresh air and Vitamin D, Hydrating your body, nourishing your soul with fun things, supplementing what you may be missing to allow you to feel your best at all times. It’s not a 2 week plan a quick fix it’s a LIFESTYLE.. Have a glass of wine a slice of pizza without the guilt but focus on all the good stuff in nourishing your body prior to that.
